Lighthouse Exteriors saved us from a renovations nightmare. We had a bad contractor tear down or garage and remove all the siding from our house and then just left. We called Lighthouse to get the siding situation taken care and forgot about the garage rebuild. Matthew and team were amazing and installed brand new vinyl board and batten Kaycan siding on our house, fixing the mess the the previous scam artist left. He noticed the mess where a garage once stood, and after explaining the situation he got me contact with a great set of contractors who constructed my garage for me, and upon completion I more than gladly had Lighthouse come back out and and do full siding, eaves and windows on the garage. They really saved the day for me, when I was really starting to look down on the entire trades industry. Top notch. Thank you very much, we love our new siding.

Lighthouse Exteriors did our vinyl board and batten kaycan siding, custom aluminum window casings, soffit, facia and eavestroughs for our 2 story farmhouse addition. We shopped around for the best price and Lighthouse was easily the fairest price and the work is warrentied. Matt and his team were friendly, respectful, professional and knowledgeable about the siding products being used. They did beautiful custom window casings to match the old existing windows perfectly! We had a few surprises tying the new addition into the old part if the house and they brought any problem to our attention and always came with a solution. They completed our project ahead of schedule and tidied up the scraps when the job was done. Highly recommend Matt and his team for any exterior finishing needs.

Beware of using this company. They do not offer a warranty on their work. They installed eavestroughs for me that do not drain properly due to incorrect angle and insufficient number of downspouts. (as confirmed by a local roofing company) The owner of Lighthouse Exterior Finishes told me himself, in writing, that industry standard requires downspouts every 40 feet, and yet only installed two on a 60' building. Additionally, there are gaps between the drip edge (installed by a different company) and the eavestroughs. The owner told us he would install flashing to compensate for the gap, which never happened. Over the winter, the constant leak above my back door has ended up warping my NEW back door frame, which now needs to be re-installed. They have refused to correct their mistakes, and stated that they offer NO WARRANTY on their work. So much for relying on "professionals" to do a job properly.
