I wish I could give zero stars. This company is so unprofessional and has no respect for customers. When a family has just gone through one of the most traumatizing events in there life..companies like this are supposed to make things better. Not worse! We have a camera in our home and every chance they got they would unplug the cameras and wifi and then laugh about it. One guy even gave us the finger. What they didnt know is our camera is backed up to our neighbours wifi. It's an immediate red flag when a company is trying to hide all of the corners that they cut. We have uneven drywall work, an unfinished paint job and they painted around our picture frames. They didn't cover any of our belongings and then sanded drywall all over our belongings. They used our granite countertop as a work bench and got paint all over it. There was nothing put down to cover it until we mentioned it. Omar and his crew should be ashamed of themselves and should not be in this field of work.
I could go on and on...save yourself the stress and headache!

They came to my aid with an emergency situation and helped explain the process for remediation. If I had any questions or concerns they were happy to further explain and answer my questions. Called these guys twice. First spoke with Omar Arshi and asked them to come quote a roofing insulation job. They never showed up. Then my husband called and spoke with Andrew French, was told they would come on Thursday this week to quote the job. Thursday they don’t show up, so we called them. We were told they weren’t going to bother coming (called us tire kickers). Unbelievably poor customer service. Don’t waste your time with these guys, guess they are only interested in $100,000 jobs.
