We hired Bay Point last year to renovate our entire home. The owner Paul and the Project Manager, Mark, were always very professional, communicative, honest and patient throughout the entire process. Having so much experience and knowledge, Paul was also able to provide us with some suggestions for improvements to our home which we are very grateful for. Bay Point exceeded our expectations in terms of business professionalism. Renovating on a large scale is very stressful, but Paul and Mark made the process easier. We renovated during the pandemic and as was the case with most industries, but specifically the construction industry, Bay Point and consequently us encountered some hiccups and frustrations, but again, it was always dealt with great professionalism and honesty which never left us questioning our confidence in them. We highly recommend and we would without hesitation use them for future projects and in fact have already.

From the very start Paul at Bay Point was personable, knowledgeable and attentive to detail. We felt extremely comfortable working with Paul and Rebecca (Interior Designer) to formulate an incredible renovation plan for our cottage that remained within our budget and completely transformed our space.

The contract and construction timeline was very clear, ensured no hidden costs, and exemplified what a “full-service” renovation is intended to be. We never had to worry about permits, if the work was being completed on time, or the quality of work done. We felt secure and knew if there were small bumps along the way, Paul and our project manager Jeff were fast to find solutions and delivered on their promises. Jeff made frequent suggestions to improve the project, was accessible, receptive to feedback, and provided regular photo updates. The communication, professionalism and craftsmanship completed by their tradespeople was outstanding!

Choosing Bay Point to renovate our property was a wonderful decision and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a highly qualified renovation company. We have had unfortunate experiences in the past with unreliable and dishonest contractors who have ripped us off and were ignorant to the building codes and standards imposed by the city. Therefore our search for a reputable renovation company for this large project was extensive!

As we set out to interview more than few contractors for our once in a life time project, we were very cautious with many check lists!
From the very first time we met Paul in person, my husband and I felt very comfortable with him and that we could trust him.
It has been a very long process with Covid. Even after signing off, Paul stood by his word and followed through addressing afew deficiencies we came across while living in the house in the first year!
He has been available in person to assure that all deficiencies are done properly!
Most important thing I like to point out about our experience with Paul are:
1. We felt safe with Paul that he was going to get the job done and done well.
2. He always answers his calls and replies to emails promptly.
3. He is always on time for all meetings.
4. All of his staff are all great people.
