This is the worst experience of my life. The sales man or his clients broke stuff in my house and instead of calling me, they just let it go. I guess he hoped the problem will go away if he does not deal with it. I even sent an email to the broker who ignores me as well for weeks. I will never deal with them and will not let them to my house should I list it again. I've never seen someone as arrogant at this broker. Unfortunately, this problem will not go away, it is getting bigger and bigger.

Buying a home, especially for the first time, is equal parts to-do list and emotional journey. Total head game, but Spencer Kendall helped make it an amazing voyage of learning and discovery for my partner and me.

There's obviously no way of predicting how the home search will play out, what curveballs will come, etc, even if you've got the best checklist and plan in the world. So a skilled realtor able to respectfully and empathetically navigate the ride with total integrity, is absolutely critical. Spencer was that, every step of the way.

After meeting, we felt confident he was the right person to plan our future with. And then he worked his butt off day after day while remaining unfailingly positive and encouraging. Never pushy while he kept us focused and on track, truly above and beyond. And he helped us stay calm, levelheaded and hopeful (which wasn't always easy!) by being those things that himself. Can't overemphasize how important that was. Hands-down, the best customer service experience I've ever had.

In a nutshell, he helped us build our new world. So everything he did meant the world to us.

Our advice: Choose to use a realtor, and make Spencer your first call.
