Working with Rob was the highlight of our home buying process! From the beginning, he was very approachable and invested in our search for a new house. He made sure he understood our needs and sent us info about many houses on the market that matched our criteria. Anytime we were interested in a house, he responded to our messages promptly and organized a visit as soon as possible. Rob was an incredible negotiator, we were impressed with the deal he got for us and he kept us updated the entire time. When came the time to sign paperwork, he was extremely knowledgeable with the details on the contract, and made sure we were getting everything we could get. I reached out to Rob in July this year to assist me with both sale and purchase of a property. I am so happy with Robert for helping us find a new condo to rent. Robert was extremely responsive and was quick to help us. Rob would reply within seconds every time. When we had showed interest in a few condos rob had booked showings for the next day. Rob is they type of person that gets things done. There was never any waiting involved.
