A little over a year ago we started looking for an agent to help us look for a new home in the Barrie or Innisfil area. Heather's Google reviews stood out because they went beyond responsiveness and communications and her clients talked about her as a friend helped them through a difficult process.
In our first web call, necessary as we were moving from another area of Ontario, she impressed us with advice and knowledge about Barrie. She took the time to find out what was important and didn't show any frustration when it became obvious we were still trying to figure that out ourselves. After an initial day trip to Barrie to look at some properties, we decided that we needed to complete the sale of our existing home and not get ahead of ourselves. Heather, thankfully, took that in stride and continued to send us listings and information on the Barrie market. Over a period of 8 months we also tested her patience with questions we had on a list of properties we were interested in. She never ghosted us.
When we finally had a firm deal on our existing home, we reached out to Heather and arranged a date to view our list of multiple properties over a few days. One of those homes was a listing that Heather had sent us, which turned out to be the perfect home in Innisfil. She helped us with the offer the same day we viewed the house and steered us through to the final closing. Responsiveness and communications through this period were awesome.
My wife and I highly recommend Heather if you are looking for a new house in the Barrie area.
