Horrible experience.

It’s been well over a month now that our window has been constantly leaking. They don’t care, it’s. Not an urgent matter to them… they don’t take into consideration of others or their tenants.
Our roof has animals living in it, our roof has no insulation due to said animals. We’ve put in multiple reports you guys have acknowledged this and responded once at the beginning of February. but it’s been over a month and you’ve done nothing, said nothing, haven’t even bothered to come see your damn unit….. you said you’d get someone to clear snow off the roof and someone to come inspect the window February 8th, we are getting to march now guys… You’re as property management company you should have maintenance crews/companies at the ready…

It’s gotten to the point the ceiling is starting to fall into our room, we’ve evacuated that room and tarpped it off.

It’s starting to get growth and that means mould. The longer you guys allow this to go in-attended to more damage is being done. The more mould/contaminants grows.. you lack of treating this as an urgent matter disgusts me…

Explain to me how you think making your tenants live like this is acceptable? In any way shape or form. Why am I paying for a 3 rooms if one isn’t liveable due to you guys not doing anything about your property?

A.G. took over the management of my property in the past year and they've been great. Very responsive to requests and their communication has been top-notch. Their appliance repair company 'Walter's Appliances' are also exceptional. Neil came out in a snowstorm right before Christmas and fixed our dryer quickly and efficiently and was super friendly and even helped us by climbing up a ladder clear out the dryer vent!
Looking forward to working with A.G. in the future to further update my place.

We have used A.G. for a few years on 2 rental homes. They have been very helpful keeping them rented without us thinking about issues we might come across. They were also very helpful getting non-paying renters evicted. I have also recommended them to a few other 'rental owners'.

They have no idea what their renters are doing to the property. Have had to look at bags of garbage in front of property that is under their management on my street. Wildlife has ripped it open. I don't think this company even drives by at random to see what the hell their rents do. So disgusted!!

I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could.

Jan 2018 - Well it looks like you are not very good at your job - - - nothing has been resolved. The same thing over and over and over.

I guess if you own a dog and don't want to not clean up its feces EVER, or you think it is acceptable to let your garbage bags accumulate and leave bags out on the front lawn where you rent, for the Property-tax paying neighbours to look at, (and for the wild animals to rip apart), PLEASE, Please, please make sure you become a renter with this company as the property manager.

For absentee or out of town owners/landlords: If you want all the neighbours to hate you, please make sure you use this company to manage your property.

Maybe A.G. Secure should manage fewer properties and do a better job of it.

They pick who they want and very judgemental on phone with you. Speak rude then wait till u give them All your confidential credit information then say, sorry its rented to someone else! Lied about that too as friend called and was still available. DO they keep all our information as they SURE DEMAND IT. Asked her to delete it and she probably didnt. I dont trust them at all as heard so many tenants complain from them as they pretend to do repairs and never do. Very very sad. They should be kind and honest.

I was a tenant of yours from 2019 to 2023 I believe.
Also I've applied more times then just recently, like I said your application process is terrible, you deny people without properly checking the applications.
You are extremely rude.
Also you think you run a good business with good customer service.
Which is very far from the truth.
I do not recommend dealing with this property management business.

Recently I received a window repair from the Glass Dr.. my experience working with them was incredibly smooth. They were very professional, quick to respond and set up an appointment date. The repairman was very efficient with the repairs, was organized and extremely professional. I am very happy with my new window and the service I received.
