We moved in to our beautiful new condo and from the get go we have been impressed with the build and the follow-up service. We had very few adjustments and what we did have were fixed quickly through Prab and Ali. Jessie and Christina do a great job looking after the building maintenance. It is obvious that from the management down, Zenterra staff take pride in what they do. We look forward to living here for a long time.

My experience purchasing a condo at King + Crescent has been a journey, and I'm very grateful for the homeowner care team, especially Prab and Briann. Despite some initial hurdles, they've been exceptionally receptive and dedicated to addressing all required fixes and feedback. While communication and resolutions are still in progress, I'm extremely pleased with their responsiveness and the progress made so far. I'm excited to move in soon! I'll be sure to update this review once I've had a chance to fully settle into my new home.

The staff in the Sales Office and the Customer Care Team are awesome! Derek and his Team helped me out greatly after I received my keys and found issues with components attached to my suite. Prab and his Team assisted me with a number of things I was looking for such as Window Screens. Prab put me in touch with Eugene at Langley Window Screens and the price and customer service was unbeatable and quality of the product was fantastic! The Zenterra Developments Homeowner Care Team has been fantastic looking after items requiring repairs such as doors, appliances, faucets and paint touch ups! They have been wonderful to work with and work quickly to resolve any problems that I have encountered. Glad I purchased my new home from Zenterra! Thanks Derek and Prab!
