wouldn’t waste your time moving in this place. many issues with the apartment, was dirty when we moved in, the carpets were disgusting, the stairwells and hallways were rarely cleaned. you pay an outrageous amount for a beyond mediocre apartment. and then not to mention they try to throw a whole cleaning fee + carpet replacement when it was way past due for a replacement before we even moved in. (we lived there one year).

They will get u for every dollar they can, and i KNOW i am not the only tenant who has had this experience. highly discourage picking this apartment.

I really want to give negative rating but there is no option for it.
Just moved into Sol terrace Apartments few months back our first month rent went upto $250 and we discussed it with connie.
We are just two members living in an apartment and even second month electricity bill again upto $200 again discussed it with management because during second month we didn’t use any washer dryer or anything much just to see the difference and their answer was the unit bills are not given as per the usage it’s built as per the rooms if you have one bedroom then your power bill will be less even if you use electricity more than the two bedroom apartment.
They say water is included but in reality it’s not like that they even charge you for that by mentioning, “Oh! Water comes through the boiler” like seriously
Will move out from this place soon and will never ever recommend to anyone
And I really want to hear something back from the management team
They need to work on their lease agreement.
Kindly mention about all the billing information before renting it’s a scam.

Booked a viewing and nobody showed up. Waited over an hour and tried calling/texting the different numbers.

Just moved out after living here for about a year and a half. The apartment was good enough to live in, but definitely overpriced for what you get.
Our unit wasn't steam cleaned before we moved in, we were told we would not have to worry about steam cleaning when we moved out because of it. Then were charged for steam cleaning when we moved out (this was our fault for not getting it in writing I suppose)

Our rent was increased twice in the time that we were there.
Our parking spot was encroached in during the winter and when I called to have the other vehicle simply move over I was told that wasn't our spot, even though the lines can be clearly seen on the sidewalk (turned out it was our spot).
I gave more than the required 1 month notice to vacate that is sated in the lease and paid my last month's rent in full and on time and was still charged $80.66 after moving out for " rent loss due to insufficient notice".

Crooked, shady, overpriced. Not much nice to say about the place or the people running it.

Just a heads up, their website says they are pet friendly but the do not accept dogs at all only cats, I hope they update their website to reflect this.
