We recently had Spreen Acres Contracting do our septic system and yard grading, and we honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and even enjoyable—which is rare these days! Both Tristan and Darren were not only skilled and hardworking, but also genuinely friendly and easy to get along with.

They treated our property with care and respect, paying attention to the little things that really made a difference. It’s been a long time since we’ve had such a positive experience with a contractor—this was truly a breath of fresh air. Their work ethic was solid, the job was done in a timely fashion, and the pricing was very fair. My basement was having issues with water entering the foundation. Spreen acres removed an old concrete step at my entrance and installed a french drain and landscaped around the perimeter. Haven’t had any moisture in my basement since and the landscaping looks very nice. Rates were reasonable service was quick, would hire them again.

Had the pleasure of working with Tristan as he tag teamed with Darren with Yellowhead septic. I have nothing but positive things to say as our job became more involved and extensive going from, leech field, collars to effectively redoing the whole septic and tank. Each challenge and hurdle was met with a "can do" attitude that had them putting in long days to make sure our house and family had a functional safe and reliable septic. Even when surprise weather tried to make a mess of things he was there the next day with equipment to have everything squared away.
On a side note I operate and train people to operate heavy machinery professionally and recognize the finesse and care in Tristan's ability to complete a job to precision tolerances. All of this is wrapped in a very cost effective package!
