Unfortunately, our experience with this builder has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We moved into a brand-new home expecting quality workmanship and reliable service, but instead encountered a long list of serious issues—some of which have posed safety and structural concerns.

On possession day, we were shocked to find that the builder had failed to file the proper paperwork, and instead pressured us to take possession under a “tenancy at will” agreement. This put us in an extremely uncomfortable and legally uncertain position at what should have been an exciting milestone.

From the outset, the entire house was painted in the wrong finish, an issue that should have been easily avoided with proper oversight. We also discovered damage to the tub, structural deficiencies, and an HRV unit that was installed in the wrong location. Within just a month, our hot water tank had to be replaced—it was not only connected incorrectly but ultimately failed altogether.

The most concerning incident occurred when a leak appeared through our main floor ceiling. Initially, we were blamed for the damage, only for it to be revealed by the plumber that a cracked tub spout—installed by their team—was the true cause. While they did eventually agree to fix it, their proposed solution was completely inadequate: sanding, patching, and painting over the ceiling damage instead of properly addressing the compromised beam. This type of shortcut not only fails to fix the underlying problem, but also opens the door to long-term issues like mold and structural deterioration.

We expected far more from a new home under warranty. The lack of accountability, poor workmanship, and substandard repairs raise serious concerns about the builder’s practices. Buyers deserve transparency, professionalism, and long-term quality—not just cosmetic fixes and blame-shifting.

I would caution anyone considering this builder to do thorough research and proceed carefully. Your home is too important to trust to a company that does not stand behind its work.

Purchased a house from Gus, never provided us with the property file. Tried contacting him via email and phones, left voicemails with call back numbers but never even for once this guys got back to us. Communication is the key to any business relationship. Very poor communication.
