Moreover, after getting the possession of my house, Kevin and his team member Jonas resolved all my concerns about the house and explained me properly how to do the house maintenance. I just wanted to give a big shout out to Sean and Jason with excel Homes. You can really tell how great a company is built by the way the employees interact with their clients after the sale is done. We built a home with excel almost 2.5 years ago and everything has been great. Any issues we had within the warranty period were quickly resolved within a timely manner and with complete professionalism.

Recently we had a pluming issue that occurred well outside of our warranty. I reached out to Sean about the concerns and explained that I understand we are out of any sort of warranty time frame. He could have just brushed me off like most companies would, but instead he sent it up the ladder to Jason and the next day I received a phone call to adresss my concerns. Within days they were at my house and willing to help. I felt a true sense of care from these guys when they could have just sent me to the home warranty company. They worked with us to get it resolved and made sure we were happy.

This entire interaction showed me that excel truly cares about your business , you aren’t just another number to them like 90% of the companies out there building homes. This company delivers a solid experience from start finish and the customer service is top notch. They should be proud to have guys like Sean and Jason representing them. Thanks again

We bought our first ever house a month ago and we've been living with it comfortably. Excel Homes made it all easy for us and even up to the time of moving and setting up with all the things that we need to do even from the smallest tasks that we need to arrange being a homeowner. Amber, was so accommodating and friendly. I did not meet him personally but every time I talked to him over the phone it feels like I've known him for so long. I don't have any hesitations of asking him even some silly questions and he never failed to reply in any of my inquiries even during late at night or weekends.
