Unresponsive Cameron Homes Sales Team

I've been trying for three weeks to connect with the sales team at Cameron Homes about a specific lot I'm interested in. Despite leaving multiple messages at reception and the sales department, and sending several emails, I haven't received a single response for almost a month.

This complete lack of communication is concerning. If it's this difficult to get ahold of the sales team, it makes me wonder how good their after-sales service or warranty support really is.

If you're considering buying from Cameron Homes, be prepared for potentially poor communication and unresponsive salespeople.

Delayed review from a couple years ago when we were in the market. Sales lady in the Secord showhome was needlessly rude and unhelpful with one of the first things out of her mouth being “what’s your budget.” I suspect it was a prejudice against younger people. Wish I remembered her name but I doubt she’s still in this business with that type of attitude. All good, we built a beautiful home with a different builder down the road.

I've live in my Cameron Home since 2015 - 4 years later we still are very much in love with our Home! The build quality is exceptional- we have not experienced any issues.

One of the best things about Cameron Homes is that they provide you with the tools and guidance you need to maintain your home. They offer a number of maintenance nights in the communities in which they build.

Lastly, the entire buying experience is very intimate, they guide you through your options and coach you through the process. On our possession day, the general manger came to give us our keys and walk us through some of the home maintenance. It was great!

I'd highly recommend this home builder for anyone looking to upgrade or any first time home buyers!

We recently purchased a new house from Cameron Homes. From the first moment we saw the house we loved everything about it. It was beautiful and also very practical. The quality of the build is impeccable and you can really see all the thought that was put into the layout and the finer details. We got the chance to work with Darcey, Harvey and Steve and they were all amazing. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and were happy with our purchase. We are extremely proud to say our house was built by Cameron Homes and we are excited to call it our forever home!

It has been such a great experience working with Candice and Nina in Cavanagh, right from the first day of selecting a right model of the house and getting into its construction stage. Candice and Nina have always been very helpful in answering all the questions and recommending the best. I do not have words to express my gratitude to the designer of the house, absolutely tremendous job. I must say the designer of the house has really shown that Cameron Homes really build a house for their customers thinking they are building for their own family. The love that the designer has shown for the house is clearly visible in the actions. Candice and Kelvin have been very helpful in continuous improvement during the construction process. Jennifer on the other hand is one of the best person to interact with when it comes to interior designing. She is been very helpful in selecting the right colors and upgrades with in my budget. I must say that this has been my life's one of the best experience i have ever had. I have received an exception customer Service and will recommend Cameron Homes to every one.Thank you Cameron Homes for making my house purchase experience so beautiful. Appreciate all the work and efforts.

Can't say enough good things about Cameron Homes. Amazing home building company! Nice, knowledgeable salespeople and staff. It really shows in their product how much they care about the homes they're building for Edmonton and area families.
