Our company has moved 10+ customers into this community in Morinville - and unfortunately after the last move we will no longer willing to service clients moving into this community. The president was hostile and rude towards myself and my staff member. She forced us to move us to relocate our truck multiple times. The first time she wanted our tires off the driveway pad due to the weight, even though our four rear drive tires weight less than an SUV since we were barely loaded. Then proceeded to pull out straight to honour her request in. She forced us to move again because we were blocking the road, even though there were multiple ways for residence to drive around to their homes. After that our only option was for us to be perpendicular to the home we were unloading, and was then upset that we were partially blocking the neighbour driveway even though we talked to the neibours and they had no issue. Ultimately she ended up costing the customer more money since our company works on an hourly basis.

If the concrete is not sufficient enough for contractors to utilize for a little over an hour, maybe Jandel Homes should focus on delivering a more quality product.

We've had a good experience so far, though it's still early days—we haven't moved in yet. Mel was very accommodating during the home tours, making the process smooth and welcoming. The purchase itself was streamlined, and the pricing sheet was straightforward, clearly outlining what we were getting for the cost.

We didn't make any customizations to the home itself, but we did opt for a larger deck and garage. Overall, it's been a positive experience up to this point.

We are new to the Meadows of Morinville Community, spring of 2025.
From the purchase and custom design of our Jandel modular home to be placed in the park, we have found that each member we have encountered to be friendly and professional.
Our sales person Mel Miedema was a delight, offering suggestions as we went along, rolling with the changes during the design process until we were satisfied.
Due to the time of year we got procession, not all outdoor items were complete. We have had steady progress in the completion of the garage and landscaping. Kelly from the park office and the construction crews keep you informed of what to expect next.
The people living in the park are friendly and respectful neighbours.
Due to park regulations and compliances I feel our home will maintain a cohesive look as the park continues its growth into phase 3.

The Meadows in Morinville is a beautiful subdivision established by Jandel. The homes are beautiful and so well built. Very professional company in every way!

Do not buy here!!!! When, not if you need any warranty work done to your unit, you are screwed around with with dates and availability. We bought about a year ago and we have had a ton of grief dealing with these people. You almost have to put your life on hold so you can accommodate these people. We received an email to refer other people to buy here. No chance in hell!!

I’ve only just started the process with Meadows & rite off the hop it’s been the best experience being on my own in this process. I intend to be apart of the community by October 🤩 …. Brian MacInnes has been by far the best I’ve had the pleasure of communicating with through this new adventure in my life. Knowledgeable in his field. MacInnes Answered all my questions & eased my mind of any concerns I’ve had. With MacInnes as my go to person I feel very secure with my decision moving into Meadows with Brian by my side.
