Moved into my apartment a year and a bit ago.. Very disappointed with appliance conditions. They do not replace them when you move in even though I pay 2400$ rent.. Actually insane. I was told everything would be to my liking which was not.

Worst company to deal with. This company is so poorly managed by greedy and desorganized people and even today, three years after we moved from the place, we still deal with the consecuences of their mess. Their communication is poor, they'll will send you to court without notice and without a real reason and then, after demonstrating that everything was their their mistake, they will take every penny they can from you. It's a shame that such a scamming company can run freely.

My best advice is: don't rent with them if you want to have peace of mind and be aware of Jim, he is a liar who pretends to forget everything he told you when he needs to face his mistakes.
