We have tried many contractors through the years that have taken our money and not completed the work.

I went on HomeStars this time and found the President of Remodel Construction Co with amazing reviews. Chris immediately returned my phone call and met with me. He was very honest about what work needed to be done and provided me with a very fair quote.
Chris was extremely personable and answered every question and concern I had, always there to follow up with us and the work being done.

I first met Tim who is an amazing, kind, caring and extremely hard worker. The time and energy exceeded my expectations. I haven't seen such quality work, staying on the job site everyday making sure everything was cleaned up and work was completed on time.

I can't express enough gratitude to everyone on the team for the excellent, professional, polite and understanding hard work all of you brought forth. Tim, Chris, Josh, Marty and Justin.

Chris and his team were patient and very understanding of our busy life and worked with us throughout the process of dates and times that worked for us. I will only use your team in the future, always had trust with them working in our home.

Chris and his team did a great job renovating my condo! A smaller job that included patching some drywall, framing a new closet, installing baseboards and painting. Chris was professional, helpful, and very nice! He provided detailed explanations of the work that was being done and any issues that came up, and provided some good ideas and feedback. His team was very clean and friendly to building staff. I look forward to hiring them again to do my bathroom renovation in the fall!

Chris and his team installed solid oak hardwood floors in our semi, including ripping up existing broadloom. He also covered three existing exterior windows with protective heavy PVC plastic. He started on time, finished on time, and came in on budget. All mess cleaned up and removed. A pleasure to work with. This is the 5th time Chris has done work for us. A real craftsman! Approx cost: $13000.

Chris review

This is the second major job that Chris Clarke, Remodel Construction has done in my home. The company renovated my bathroom and 10 years later I still love it and it has not needed any additional work. This time, it was a kitchen ‘refresh’. My kitchen cupboard doors, drawer facings, counters and sink were all replaced. I love my kitchen!
There are many reasons to hire this company.
First, Chris listens. I had other quotes and each company tried to convince me to do a complete reno. despite my repeating that I love certain aspects of my kitchen that a buyer might prefer to change.
My smaller job is as important to this company as a bigger job and as the customer, Chris gives me great advice but respects my input.
The job was started and completed on time and within budget.
The staff are professional yet friendly. They work hard.
Even when there are small changes or fixes that need to be made in the work, everything got done to my satisfaction.
I know the rule of thumb with contractors is always get three quotes. However, having worked twice now with this company, I’m not sure I’ll do that. Instead, I’ll probably go straight to Remodel Construction.
