Call Road main maintenance 2 days in a row I was calling about a deceased coyote that was left or hit on the road for about 2 weeks now I know this because I drive by it on a daily basis as I'm a delivery driver left the directions as where to find him and he's still laying there and it bothers me so I'm going to give the directions one more time get on the McCloud cut off. Keep in the left-hand Lane as you're approaching the underpass there's two under passes when you get to the second one and you look to the right that's where the Canadian Tire and Staples and whatnot is and the coyote is located right around the bend on the left hand side please please pick up this animal thank you very much

On Monday, February 7, one of the company cars hit my parked vehicle on Santone Avenue Welland. My car was parked on the side of the road safely and their vehicle ran into the back. At the scene, their boss by the name of John Snow stated, with his boss on the phone, we can fix this without getting insurance involved. I am a student, with my first car and my first year of insurance, so of course I do not want to have my monthly rate increased for an accident that was not MY FAULT. John Snow told me to grab quotes the following day and the receipt to have my tire fixed which was POPPED by their vehicle, and to send it off to their email. As requested, I took time out of my day to grab quotes only to hear TODAY that they are taking ZERO responsibility. They are not paying anything, even though I was told otherwise, they have been giving me the runaround and I do not appreciate it at all. Why are they taking no responsibility for hitting a parked car with their vehicle Why are they making it out to be my fault They made me do way more just to be told it is my fault when THEY SHOULD BE TAKING FAULT! I'M A young student who did nothing and they are taking advantage of me. I'm not a millionaire and they are taking my hard earned cash away from me for the fault of their drivers!! This is an evil thing to do to someone and I want to let people know the vicious behavior of this waste company.

Multiple times they have closed the Glendale bridge ramps with no notice nor signage. Also went over time on the York roundabout which caused additional unplanned delays. They did not alert emergency services. Also haven't returned a phone call to discuss the issue.

It is 1:15 in the morning and tonight is the second night that we cannot sleep and rest at home due to the constant noise that the employees of this company are making with their huge machinary and beeping sound of their vehicles behind our backyard, extending highway 406 in st.catharines!
Besides not giving a previous notice, which is not legal, to the resindents of the neighbourhood about their MIDNIGHT construction and the noise, the employees mentioned they recieve order from the above and working at this time is not fair to them either!
I am under a medication and work 10 hours a day . The nasia and dizziness I dealt with the entire day because I could not rest the night before which lead to migrane headache was and is beyond expreassion!
I seriously request that you stop your project manager from sabataging people’s life and put their bed next to one of these asfalt press machines and force them to sleep and function properly the next day at work. Becasue this is what we are going through!
If no action regarding this request takes effect I will hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit against this company!
Side note: these employees start their work at 8 pm and take off further in the middle of the night! While they can easily work during the day and no traffic is blocked. How much of a difference it would make for the company to pay these guys to work during the day versus the night?
