We recently completed a renovation with Mitchell Contracting, and the entire experience was outstanding. The project included a full update to our main floor, kitchen, and master bathroom, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.

From our very first meeting, Brendan impressed us with his professionalism and clear communication. He took the time to truly understand our vision, answered all our questions with incredible patience, and provided thoughtful suggestions along the way.

The skill that his team brought to our project was top-notch—every finish, fixture, and detail was completed with care and precision. The kitchen is now the heart of our home, the bathroom feels like a luxury spa, and the main floor has been completely transformed.

We were nervous how our family would cope living through a major renovation but the Mitchell team were respectful, friendly, and did an amazing job keeping the mess to a minimum. They were very friendly and had a positive attitude that made the entire renovation process far less stressful than we expected.

Mitchell Contracting is truly the dream team. It can be a bit unnerving to sign on with a new-to-you contractor, but as soon as we met Brendan Mitchell earlier this year, we knew we were in good hands. Brendan listened to us as senior home owners about our needs and wants and created a budget and timeline to help us achieve everything on our list.

This wasn't an easy reno; our two bathrooms needed to be totally gutted. A completely new floor plan enlarged the upstairs bathroom and provided new ensuite access to our master bedroom. All new wiring and plumbing, a new window, infloor heating, fabulous tile and cabinetry were only a few of the many improvements, including a lovely new wood floor in our master bedroom.

The downstairs bathroom was tiny, but with some clever changes, Brendan was able to add a few extra square feet and make the room feel much bigger. It also benefited from a new window and pocket door, new wiring, plumbing, and of course, beautiful tile and cabinetry.

The end result is everything we had imagined. And what a team Brendan brings to the job... never a complaint about ongoing challenges, total attention to detail and a wonderful willingness to explore ideas to make the reno better. We are loving our reno and the team that came together to achieve it!!

We hired Mitchell contracting to renovate our newly purchased house, (which needed a lot of work) in hopes of making it our dream home. And they did just that. If you need a good contractor, you will find it. If you need the best who cares, then hire Michelle Contracting. Brendan his team lead, Mike and Dale were amazing with our master suite bathroom. They were meticulous, detailed oriented, organized, punctual and customer friendly. We renovated our whole bathroom with standalone tub, vanity, new floor, wall tiling and painting. The workmanship is immaculate. Brendan’s additional value added suggestions like putting the tub in the middle, increase the wall tile height by couple of inches made huge difference in design and final look. Had to wait for couple of week to get them started but worth it. I asked him to reduce price but he didn’t agree. I respect that since he knows his price and after seeing the quality he produced, I’m more convinced to hire him for future projects. Finally again, hire them if you value quality.

I hired Mitchell Contracting to renovate my bathroom, replace all of my windows and back door and I could not be happier with the results! Brendan is not only genuinely kind but is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of his work. He was very quick with all communication and was happy to make any adjustments so that everything was just as I imagined. Ryan and Dale did the bulk of the work on my bathroom - their attention to detail speaks for itself when you look at the tile work they completed.
