If their employees even can’t drive safe or follow the rules and traffic signs
How can you trust them follow building code to do the job? They will ruin your projects.

Lets people go without warning, dont care if its a two to three weeks away from Christmas and without reason. Did not train properly, and expect perfection. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a stable job.
