So my house turned 100 this year. This means my foundation is not what you would expect on a newer home. When Ron came to give me a quote. He was very forthcoming in his assessment of the work needed. After initial excavation, ( 5 to 6 along side wall) All-Pro brought it to my attention. That the exposed part of foundation wall, Was in great shape. But was not flush or smooth. ( Please keep in mind. That , the wall is almost 2 ft thick and when they built it. They would have built from inside out.Making the inside flush.But leaving humps on the dirt side.After setting it would have been back filled.) As I am in trades myself. I understood that in order to apply the wrap properly the outside wall needed to be smoothed out or made flush. And as there was no weeping tile installed, this was needed. Pulse they would need to dig down and cut through foundation wall to bring in a drain to sump pump pit.( Not a easy task.) We agreed on a new quote. ( Which I understood and expected. do the age of my home.) The job was done in 2 and half days. Everything was cleaned up and looked great. They also came in $500.00 less on the overall quote. Great Job Done. This company knows the foundation of doing a excellent job.

We had a water seepage issue in our basement from hydrostatic pressure and a wonky sump pump pit. We called Rob and he promptly came and inspected the basement. He gave us a detailed explanation of the work required and set a date for the work to be completed. Once he started the job, Rob found that he didn’t need to do some of the work as he originally planned. He was honest with us and showed integrity by doing only the work that was required. He charged us less than the original quote when he could have easily just gone ahead with the job without telling us about the need for less work. He did a great job and left zero mess. His guys were respectful and professional.

Rob showed us that he is honest and trustworthy and only does the work that what needs to be done. We had other quotes that were thousands more and clearly, included work that didn’t need to be performed.

With so many dishonest people out there, it’s refreshing to know that Rob and his company are there to look after you the homeowner!

Superb work by Ron Casement and his team, who certainly lived up to their company name. Ron's communication was prompt and extremely comprehensive, and I could only admire the job he and his crew did waterproofing my 96-year-old mother's basement after city road works (can't prove it, but the timing is too much to be coincidence) opened up cracks. Thanks and well done, Ron.

I called All-Pro with a need for education on basement cracks & maintenance. They were extremely helpful, kind, honest, and most of all informative. I was able to learn the basics of structural foundation & maintenance involved. A huge thanks to the gentleman on the phone for being genuine, straight up, and taking the time to teach this new homeowner the basics of foundation care.

This company is complete trash. After several trips to our house (that were at least an hour each) and basically were the owner endlessly blabbing on at me about how he was such an expert and had tons of experience...we finally agreed on some excavation work and water proofing for our basement water leak.

Communication was bad from the get go and surprise, surprise the date came and went and they were a no show. I called many times asking what’s the deal. I Left several voice mails over the next six weeks and sent texts but literally no response.

Thank God we didn’t put a deposit down with these goofs but we did spend $500 to disconnect our AC unit as they asked us to do this to get ready for the job. So basically I threw $500 down the toilet for these idiots. Such BS.

It Would be nice if these guys paid us back and made things right for the money we wasted. Stay away from this place. They totally suck.

Just had All Pro Waterlroofing to review my basement as we were getting substantial water coming in every rain fall. They came in and did a thorough examination and were very informative. Their quote was very competitive. I now have a basement that does not leak!

Just had All-Pro finish a basement project on my house. The contractors came on time and stayed until the job was complete. Quality of work exceeded my expectations and the price was good.
