I toured a couple of the apartment buildings that this company owns with Yousuf and he has been really helpful with the whole process. Very knowledgeable with the apartments and has shown us many options and floor plans. Shayan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional when assisting my girlfriend and I with the rental and move-in process! 🙂

EDIT: After staying here for 5 months or so, the experience has very much worsened. There were many issues with the renovation team (was a contracted company but still). Floors weren't straight, cupboards/drawers were broken, the coax outlets were sealed off behind a wall, the sink was leaking, caulking in the bathtub was falling apart, the dishwasher was leaking. The worst part about this is that it seems to be almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. You must put requests in through their website, but I've been waiting over a month on a response about a recent issue, as well as have had other messages left unread for months as well.

The on site staff are very friendly and helpful but any issues revolving the building / a landlord seem to never be addressed.

As someone who has been a tenant for a few months now, I absolutely love my home!
With how well the place has been renovated, my guests are always complimenting the unit. The size, layout, and location are all amazing, whether for having people over, or for going out for dinner or drinks.

Management is great about sending out notices about any maintenance/renovations to be expected, and any other relevant information. If I ever have questions, getting in touch with the office is super easy, and the staff is always friendly.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this building, or any others managed by the same company, to anybody who was asking about places to check out.
