My fiance and I have been living at Lord Simcoe for a few weeks now and we have been very happy! Mary and Ashley were very accommodating during our first few days moving in and always lent a hand when needed. It has been pleasant being notified of things going on in the building/area. Everyone in the building has been very friendly so far, quiet and keep to themselves. Being close to a lot of local restaurants downtown is also a huge plus!

I have been living at the Lord Simcoe Apartments for the last 11 years and couldn’t even begin to imagine living anywhere else.
Mary, Ashley and the rest of the property management team are wonderful and professional in every sense of the word. From the laundry and community rooms to the hallways and garbage chutes, the building is always impeccably clean. They are always on top of anything maintenance related from snow shovelling/plowing to routine fixes and emergencies in the individual apartments themselves. In the event of an emergency the response time is immediate and we always know the issue will be resolved quickly and efficiently.
More than that it’s the personal touches that really make the place feel like home. Be it the decorations for various holidays and seasons in the communal areas, the books and puzzles always available in the community rooms or the thoughtful act of taking deliveries (Amazon or otherwise) up to their corresponding apartments when left in the lobby - just to name a few of the many - It’s clear they care about us as people as much as they do as tenants.
I have lived in apartments my entire adult life and I can say from personal experience that it is rare to live in a place that feels like home from the moment you step into the building. That is exactly what this place is. Home. And we have our wonderful management team - Mary and Ashley in particular, to thank for that.

building is cute and great but landlord is unacceptable. so rude and disrespectful to everyone ive spoken too who lives here. lives on some power trip by screaming at her tenants

The building manager, Mary and her assistant Ashley are awesome. The property is very well maintained and we feel safe living here. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to call their home.

Currently live in this building. Superintendent is arrogant, and unhelpful. Don't care about residents at all, and very selfish.
As for Realstar, continue to increase rent above guidelines...this year at over 7%.

Mary and Ashley are the best building managers we could have ever asked for. They’re truly amazing and very caring. I will never forget them and how kind they are. An absolutely amazing place to stay, everything was always clean, I will miss it a lot and will be taking so many good memories with me. Thank you for everything!

I just moved into the building in October. The apartment, building and gardens are immaculate and tasteful. The property manager, Mary and her granddaughter, Ashley are always very helpful, hard working and welcoming. The personal touches are noticed and appreciated. I am very much enjoying living here.
