I am a first time homebuyer and I had the best experience one can have. My agents name is Nadine Crawford. Not only did she take her time with us and send us lots of listings that I would have never found, she made sure we weren’t buying a lemon. She let us know if she saw something concerning on a house to make sure we were aware also. Some houses we seen looked beautiful and got excited by the beauty, I often missed the problem areas. Thank goodness I have a realtor who made sure I wasn’t buying a money pit.
She took us to a lot of different places without batting an eye and never made us feel that we were s bother. In fact, she was excited to show us all these places.

He is also well connected to his community and has partnerships that will help his clients save money (i.e. discounts on lawyer and home inspector fees). He and his partner Rob even spent a few days at our old house painting the outside to increase its curb appeal. During this time, the current home owners popped by and were so impressed that they put in an offer that very night. Carl always listened to our needs/fears and patiently and professionally carried out his duties as a realtor.

Carl Begin of Peak Performers Realty Inc. helped my husband and I find our starter home back when we were newlyweds in 2016. We knew that it was only a temporary living space as we started our life together, and once we had a family it was time to search for what would potentially be our forever home. There was never any doubt in reaching out to Carl for this move as well, even years later. Though I was a little hesitant in how fast the process of actually selling our cute little house was (we hadn’t yet found a new one), both Carl Begin and his business partner, Rob Dicorrado, assured us that they wouldn’t settle when it came to making sure we were happy and confident in our purchase. When nothing on the market was interesting us or checking all of our nonnegotiable boxes, Carl asked us if any houses that were not for sale had caught our eye.
