The alarm went off. I called Monday 8:30am June 30. Not many work today between Sunday and Canada Day. They came 9:15am. I was surprised and impressed. Very nice technician. Easily fixed the problem. Bracket broke. My first septic pumping on a newish home. He showed me every step what he was doing and how to do my own maintenance. Very thorough. Offered advice along the way. Cleaned up. I highly recommend this company.

The team at Northern Sanitation is great! We had a pump out last spring and asked for a report a year later.

Had an early morning septic back up, they arrived within a few hours! Were very nice. And very knowledgeable. Turns out it wasn’t just a back up but our pipe to our tank broke. After them walking my husband through how to fix the issue we were able to get our tank fixed in one day (with help from friends) and it up and functioning again! Would use them again in a heartbeat!
