I had the pleasure of working with Alair Homes Orillia in building a very large sunroom for our home in Alliston. We also renovated our kitchen at the same time - all work designed and completed by Alair. This work was initiated and completed in 2020- during the initial pandemic wave - and despite the difficulties presented by the pandemic - the Alair team was absolutely fantastic . Working with Ryan , Albert and Jocelyn to quote and design the room and select finishings at a difficult time was really quite seamless. I cannot begin to describe how incredible Joselyn Kent is. Her skill as a project manager , commitment to quality and most of all dedication to customer service were so amazing . She was so knowledgeable , patient and efficient and kept us updated every step of the way. She was absolutely able to take my vision and make it a reality - it could have been such a stressful time - but she made it is smooth and quite painless. Not only was she professional and so skilled in her trade- she also is such a truly nice person that it made the project a pleasure to undertake . The end result was a high quality room and renovation we love and our proud of - and I would totally work with this organization again!
