We hired Y&G to mill and install 7 archways with casing, floor boards, replace tile in entryway and reframe fireplace. The initial cost estimate was high, but we wanted a quality work. Everything looks beautiful.

The only thing I’m upset about is substantial extra charges. Two archways and fireplace trim weren't installed as expected, but it was resolved the next day. I didn't expect a cost for what I believed were mistakes.

This company definitely deserves 5 stars for work completed, but would have preferred pricing clarity. As much as we love the work done we will be looking for another company to do our next project.

I had a wonderful experience with Y&G Construction Group! After months of searching on my own, they came very highly recommended by a close friend. Glenn Hunter (owner) personally took hold of my small project--removal of "decorative" aka hideous Roman-style columns framing my living room entrance and the removal of old carpet and hardwood in 2 rooms. Y&G understood what I wanted, the prices range of the new hardwood that I was comfortable with and handled the rest to perfection. The 3-person work crew of Cameron, Bryan, and Blake were beyond professional and I'm be very happy for them to return to tackle future projects in my home.

Y&G replaced the sinks and counter tops in two bathrooms plus completed a demo/rebuild of a shower/toilet room. There were some hoops to jump through, with difficult plumbing and a complicated tile install. They resolved all issues, made everything old work like new and left me with two beautiful bathrooms that I am in love with.

I will be working with Y&G again and fully recommend them.

Hidden costs in quote. Hired on April 7, 2022 to renovate a 12'x10' kitchen and tile foyer on main floor. To date, September 1, 2022, project is still not yet completed. They will make false promises and expectations in order to get your business. They will show up for work between 9:00am and 10:00am and start packing up to leave by 3:00 pm.

Don't be fooled by this small family-owned business. There are many hidden costs in their quotations and this company does not deliver on time and as promised and agreed to.
