It’s been 5 years since Steve and his team installed the windows in my house in Caledon East as well as my daughter's house. It was a complex install with some very big windows and stone cutting. The install was great over a 3 week period. There were some issues but they resolved them. At 5 years the windows and doors are great! Compared to friends installs, the workmanship was far superior. The caulking they did has held up like new. Caulking is a real skill and they do it well. I would highly recommend Headwater Windows!

Beyond impressed. From management (Steve) to Consultant (Jeff) To customer service and all installation team. Everyone has been phenomenal. I’m so happy with my new windows. Steve followed up with me to make sure I was happy and the team even did a clean up for me. They took care in removing my old trim/windows so I also have minimal touch ups. We bought a very expensive door from this company and it’s been nothing but terrible service and installation from the start. First the door they ordered took over a year to come in and it was completely wrong and wouldn’t even fit, they then ordered another door and it was close to a year to arrive and they installed it wrong, they came back and removed and reinstalled the door and it’s still is not right, very disappointed in their customer service and their quality of work. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Contacted Steve for a new front door. Steve came with a book of options, from which we selected our choice. On installation day, we were very impressed with the two gentlemen who removed the old door and setup our new one (including the trim work).
Would recommend this company, as their team was professional and cleaned up once the job was done.
