Highland Restoration did a fantastic job repairing our kitchen after a minor flood! They took the time to listen to us as customers, and where their plan and our goals differed, they always found a way to compromise and make it work. DKI has one of the most professional staff there is. The Project Manager Jay and his Assistant Jessica are a dynamic duo. They know what they are about and surround themselves with trained professionals. They are courteous, respectful of you and your belongings, and your time. We suffered a house fire in 2014. Our insurance company sent Highland Restoration to us at around 11 pm that night to secure our property. The next morning they were there again to assess the damages and to check out our belongings. Most of our belongings were burnt and or smoke /water damaged. They sent in a crew to list everything. All I can say is that Sherry Levesque and her crew were amazing. They counted each and every article and took pics of everything in order for our insurance to know what to cover, which I'm sure at times was a very tedious job.. Sherry was always there to answer our questions and I will never forget Sherry's kindness to us in a stressful time. She went out of her way to call me sometimes to check up on how we were doing. Which made such a difference. We didn't feel like we were ever a burden to them and made it so much easier to handle. I would recommend them highly for their kindness and patience and professionalism.

I don’t know how to thank Jay and his team enough! We had a disaster at our house and within 30 minutes Jay was at the door. He kept us calm and walked us through what would happen next. His team Jason and Amy did a fantastic job putting our house back together and to be honest I totally miss seeing them every day! This company does amazing work and are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Thank you so much!!

Got the siding, eaves, soffit, fascia and paint work done by Highland Restoration. Kyle was the project manager and he did tried his best to get the work completed as soon as he can even if it ended up going out of their budget. I was initially not happy with the time it took for the work to be completed but they were running into a high volume of roofing work to be done because of a major wind storm. Even with all these work load he tried his best to get the work completed for me. The job done was very satisfactory. Another thing that I want to mention here was about the efforts their team puts in to address the concerns of customers. Because I had concerns about the delay of the work they tried to reach me and address my issues. As a gesture of appreciation they sent me a gift card which is something that I didnt expect at all. Shows the commitment towards the customer service. Thanks guys. Would definitely refer it to my friends and family.

Terrible service from all aspects. Managers and staff don't return calls, "lost" a Persian rug... told me it was dumped and destroyed... magically after threatening them with liability it was "found in a back of a van"!! Didn't bring fans or dehumidifier after flood... but called to pick them up 3 days later all the while not returning my calls asking for this equipment?
Book install appointments without notice and were incredibly challeneged to work with a night shift worker. Oh.. delayed content management by making false accusations that contents were not owned by insurer? But did not follow up or try to clarify this. Insured found out by self and corrected the matter. There was never any question with insurance adjuster that contents were the owners and to be covered.

I would highly recommend this company as they did excellent work on my basement. I had a flood and they came to assess the very evening that they were called. They were always on time, available to answer questions, were all very respectful and were up front about the process every step of the way. They cleaned up well once the emergency services had been completed. This company will be doing the rebuild, so will add another review once that has been completed.
