I was replacing my front and upper deck. I had soil and rock issues which meant digging for sonotubes virtually impossible, extremely time consuming, and costly. What a great solution! Working with Dennis at Bayo-s...priceless! He was very helpful and accommodating. The results speak for themselves.

I cannot recommend this company.
On 16 September 202o, I received an estimate from Dennis Schulte at Bayo.S Ground Screws(#1156) via architect Jason Halter for ground screws work plus steel grillage assembly @ $20,306.10.On 3 November 2020, I received an invoice (#1241) from Dennis Schulte at Bayo.S for $21,323.10.On approximately 3-5 November 2020, Dennis Schulte supervised the installation of ground screws at my site, and then demanded an extra $2,000 for the work done, which I then e-transferred to Bayo.S.On 6 November 2020, I transferred a deposit of $7,500.On 20 November 2020, I received another estimate (#1174) directly from Dennis Schulte at Bayo.S for $20, 750.00.On 20 November 2020, I received another invoice (#1244) from Dennis Schulte for $15,947.50 owing, which when you factor in the $7,500 already paid, adds up to $23,447.50.In total, I estimate I have paid $25,447.50 to Bayo.S in advance. Only half of the work (ground screw installation) has been completed.During the following months/years, I discovered that I had been cheated out of a great deal of money by a different contractor affiliated with Jason Halter, which caused many delays.I contacted Meinolf Schulte directly via phone and email to discuss these delays,who made a commitment via email on 24 October 2022 to issue a refund to me for services paid up front in full but not delivered. Hiscomment was "Should be possible and is understandable."Since then, I have tried via phone and email to collect on this commitment, to no avail. It is now January 2024, and I feel the need to go public.

We used these screws on an island cottage property as an alternative to traditional concrete and Sonotube footings. The simple design saved us a great deal of time and effort as we built a boardwalk of recycled dock boards. The screws are relatively easy to install and provided a solid footing at a depth below the frost line. We will use this product again in the future.
