Mike and his team are top notch professionals in the heat pump game. From initial quote/consultation to install, we felt like we were really taken care of and they happily answered any questions we had - how often do you hear a contractor say "I want to do a good job for you". Our heat pump work was done in less than 5 hours! We also had an oil tank and furnace removal, which was quick and efficiently completed in less than 2 hours. Groundhog is professional, on time and friendly - I would hire them again in an instant for any geothermal or heat pump work.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job. We got quote for a heat pump from a number of businesses but by far Groundhog was the best to deal with. Mike answered all our questions and explained everything we needed. The day of the install was fast and efficient.

From start to finish the experience was great.
Their sales guy was prompt, friendly and quick to answer my questions.
The guy who schedules the installs was also friendly and quick to answer my questions. He was also very understanding when I had to move the install date due to the provincial lockdown.
The installers were right on time and did a fantastic job. 3 heat pumps was not a small job and they did it with quality in mind. They were also great at putting things back on the mantle when they were done.
Definitely recommended all around!

What a great team. Mike and his guys showed up early and did an amazing job. The entire installation process, including the modifications to our existing oil fired forced air furnace was completed in less than five hours and we couldn't be happier. We used Ground Hog for repairs to our
downstairs heat pump. They diagnosed quickly and had the new parts installed within a few days. There was an issue with an invoice from Armour Electric who partners with Ground Hog but the office staff at Ground Hog took care of the misunderstanding. We are happy with the work performed and with the wonderful customer service from the office staff!
