I don’t know how this company is still in business!! Scammers!!! Weeks and weeks of trying to deal with them left us with a torn apart (main) bathroom that now has more wrong than when we started!! A complete headache!!
No shows. Poor communication. Worked strange hours (randomly showing up at 4:25pm, when they close at 5pm) Unsafe mold material removal. Hidden leaks. Unfinished walls. Burn on our hardwood floor. Didn’t listen to a single one of our requests. We were without a tub/shower for 3 Weeks!!
I could keep going on and on and on…
Im scared to hire another contractor now, for fear of dealing with more of this.

We had water in our basement and Jack and his Team were on site within the hour. They were amazing. Our issue needed major work around our foundation. We Care was fantastic.The work crew was great they kept us up to date on what was happening throughout the repair and went above and beyond. I will never hesitate to call We Care for anything. Jack the owner has put together a great team.

My tin roof was leaking and nobody else in town would help me replace the section that was damaged. Jack was very thorough and discussed my options. When we found asbestos insulation, Jack was prepared and certified to dispose of it safely with little interruption to my daily routine. It turned into a very big project, opening the ceiling completely but Jack was positive and organized. His crew was very friendly and Jack is excellent at communicating during the entire process. I am really so thankful that Jack was able to help me on short notice, work with my budget and complete the project before the rain hit.

Jack and his crew responded twice now to basement issues we had as tenants. He is very thorough in his assessments and easy to deal with. His team took great care with the work they did in our basement and they were friendly and courteous and did a thorough clean-up job with sanitizing and steam cleaning the carpets. Thank you, Jack! Highly recommend their service.

When our basement had sewer backup Jack's crew was there within 30 minutes to start pumping and walking us through the steps for our insurance. Jack was available to us during the entire restoration process to answer our questions, he let us know what his team was doing, and he made sure everything was done correctly. He made sure subcontractors were timely, performed quality work and he went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of. Highly recommended for any restoration needs.

Jack and his team saved us and helped us keep our sanity. They restored our basement after a flood and then completely renovated it while we were in the process of selling our home. They did perfect, timely work. They were kind, understanding and performed safe work during the Covid pandemic. I can't thank them enough. I hope anyone else who finds themselves in these unusual circumstances ends up with the WeCare team. Hands down the best experience we could have ever asked for.

We had just moved into a new house and discovered extensive water damage and mold. When we called We Care, Jack the owner, came the same day to assess the situation. From the very start I felt relieved that we had chosen We Care because Jack was very knowledgeable and did everything the right way and made me feel that the job was going to get done right without cutting any corners. In the middle of the water damage repairs we had shingles blow off our roof and water damage to the roof and ceiling in the house. We Care took care of all of that as well. Half the roof on our house was re-shingled in 3 days, I was amazed at how fast it was done. Overall they did an amazing job, very professional and always answered every question we had. We are very grateful for their help and the bill was all itemized and clearly laid out, no surprises and lower than we thought it was going to be. Excellent service.

Jack and his crew actually do care! We have had the misfortune of dealing with another local restoration company in the past, which was not a good experience for us, so decided to call another company this time and we are so glad that we had We Care Restoration come instead. They arrived very quickly. They were professional and did a fantastic job. Jack addressed all of our concerns and had people here when he said people would be here working. No wondering when people might show up or if the job would drag on and on, unlike the other company we had in before. Apart from that, they were all really nice! It's so nice to meet someone who actually takes pride in his work and cares about his clients. Thank you guys!
