Friendly owner, poor product and service.
1) very friendly owner
2) complete rip off if paying by volume. One yard is 27 cubic feet. I’ve bought garden dirt and wash rock from here. Both large amounts, enough to get a good average and been shorted 23% on the garden dirt. Talked to the owner and he made it right, the next year I bought wash rock and was shorted 33%. Apparently things didn’t change for the better after I called... didn’t ask for a refund but decided not to shop there if possible. Could be solved by charging per skid steer bucket but don’t tell me it’s 1 yard...
3) the “premium” garden dirt... I denied to my wife that it was the dirts fault, as I payed well for the premium mix but after three years and soil tests I’m convinced it was the dirt. I held off on the bad review because the owner seemed very kind but some accountability is needed.

They are very helpful and we're willing to load me up on a stat holiday. My only issues was around the garden soil quality. I realize that it is not possible to have no weeds, but what I got was full of weeds and live wood. I will be fighting it all season.
