Took my 2000 Buick Lesabre in for a transmission service and check engine light. Staff were courteous and polite, and friendly. They completed a service and looked into the check engine light at no extra charge and test drove the vehicle after they completed the work. This was my first time using them and had a very good experience (I live 30 mins away). I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks for all your help.

Exceptional Service and Expertise!
I can't say enough great things about Zegil! They went above and beyond to fit my Subaru WRX into their schedule when I needed repairs urgently. The team worked quickly and efficiently, delivering outstanding results without cutting corners. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly fair and transparent—no surprises or unnecessary upselling.

Had a screw in my tire that needed patching after the big snow/ice storm. No other place in town could do the patch. Zegil Automotive & Transmission had it done within an hour of me walking in. I appreciate the family oriented nature of the shop and the people working there. Definitely give them a call or drop in if you ever need something! You may walk out with some cool art too.

I had Zegil replace the Hemi engine in my Ram and the work was completed professionally and the estimated cost was accurate. I asked them to replace other related items that made sense while the engine was on the bench (water pump, etc), and now I have a 4-year unlimited km warranty on the new engine.

I have had several visits of work completed with 100 % to my satisfaction. I spoke with several people including the Owners and am treated very well, they are professional, friendly, super competent and great people that you can trust with your vehicle. They advise you what you need to know about your vehicle and let the customer make the decision, and they always do the work you requested at very reasonable pricing. Just a great place to service your vehicle with complete trust, and am happy to refer any person to try them out.

Horrible customer service! No one at the shop knows how to properly diagnose an issue. They just scan the vehicle, google the code and throw parts at the vehicle in hopes of fixing it. They called multiple times saying the vehicle was fixed. We’d pick it up drive away then the car would die again and have to be towed back at our own expense. After weeks of having the car at their facility they said they were unable to fix it and we would need to have it towed to another shop. They refused to offer a refund after we paid them a large sum of money. When we went to the shop to speak with them no one there was able to help us. They blocked both myself and wife on Facebook.
We had the car towed to a dealer and it was fixed within a few days and covered under warranty.
