If you drive what is "normal" around this area, like a domestic pickup truck or anything a bit low-tech, this shop will be great for you and affordable.
Don't bring any import you care about here, though.
I had a repair done here and I specifically told the shop, if you can't or don't feel confident doing this repair, tell me and I will go to the dealer. They said nothing and acted like the job went off without a hitch. For the past 5 years I have had an insecure rearview mirror that despite coming several times for repair, they were never able to fix.
Now on my next windshield replacement being done by the dealer I am told that two of the uprights have broken parts that were repaired with glue, and the uprights themselves are secured with glue, and I am now out hundreds to replace those parts.
Bring your domestics and old beaters here, not anything new or anything you care about. Some honesty at the outset about your capabilities would have prevented this poor review and poor outcome.

Update,

4 Hours after I posted this review, Lance from Tim's glass called me. They have owned up to what occurred here and we are working together on a resolution. I have confidence this shop will take care of this. It sounds to me like they should have just told me the uprights are single use parts, which would have been totally fine.

I did as Lance asked and still believe that Tim’s Glass will make me whole again before the end of next week. They need to investigate a little. Thanks Lance

Tim’s Glass have made me whole again, thank you very much Lance. It is great that there are still businesses like Tim’s Glass out there who stand by the outcomes of their work and don’t back away slowly when problems arise.

Stopped into this business yesterday to get some glass cut for picture frames. There were several people in the reception area & the gentleman at the desk was helping a customer. When it was my turn he took my order & I asked if I could have the glass in 2 hours. He said he would do his best, he was working short handed, front desk person was away sick & 2 others were out on service calls. I came back in 2 hours & I had the requested glass within 5 minutes and I was able to get on with my day. Just a successful example of a business owner dealing with some challenges but still managing to keep his customers happy. I sincerely appreciate that my request was accommodated & the owner did it with kindness & a smile. I love living in a small community, support this business & others where you live.

Exceptional service!
My son needed a glass replacement for his sunroof. Not only did they beat all the prices provided by competitors, the installation was completed quickly and looks great! They even cleaned up the broken glass.

I am always so happy with the service I receive at Tim's Glass. They are friendly and personable, but also professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Cut glass is sometimes hard to find or expensive but they are able to cut the glass to specific measurements and their pricing is fantastic. Definitely recommend choosing them for your glass needs!

I had a large rock hit my windshield while I was travelling. I did not want the damage to spread so I called Tim’s Glass in Strathmore as that was the next city I would be going through. The owner was so accommodating and booked me in to get it repaired. I waited less than an hour to get it and another smaller pit in the windshield fixed. The waiting area was very busy and it was evident this was an excellent business. I was very pleased with the service I received.
