They didn't pay their subtrades. I have a British Columbia Small Claim Court's default order against them and they won't answer any collection calls, email or registered mails. So if your project goes wrong, good chance you'll never hear from them.

Please be aware, the last reviewer, Tara Hendricks, who gave the generous 5-star, is Rayner's own employee by my knowledge. Another reviewer, Mark Miskolzi, seems a Rayner employee too, by online information.
