We used Stonecore Homes to add a second story to our bungalow, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We absolutely loved our lot and neighbors, but we needed more space. James and his team made it possible to have both—a larger home while staying in the place we love.

James made the entire process seamless with his excellent trade partners and calm demeanor, even when things got exciting. His communication was outstanding before, during, and long after possession. He still answers any questions we have to this day.

I wanted to wait before posting a review as I believe the home building process lasts even after the family moves in and lives in the home. Compared to my previous home, there isn't even a comparison between them and James. James helped with the home design, met deadlines in front of schedule, listened to what we wanted, and has always been attentive when an issue arose (mostly all small issues). I interviewed several builders and Stonecore homes is in a league of its own. You should always do a quote/comparison, but make sure you have Stonecore Homes out, they will blow whatever competitors out of the water.
