Highly recommended! We just moved on an acreage in Mulhurst Bay and we needed our septic pumped out today, June 5th. We called Jak Septic, and within 10 minutes, he had arrived, we couldn't believe the fast and efficient service! He showed up there was a vehicle in. The way so he left didn't come talk to the property owners then I called him he told me to call back Monday but instead showed up with out notice and left again because the vehicle was parked in the drive way. Took our money and said he's send it back still nothing. If he would knocked on the door the vehicle coulda been moved very poor attitude towards paying customers. Very unprofessional not recommended to any one

Jak is prompt always and has even reached out if he's running behind so I'm not waiting for him, he's polite and is very clean when doing his job.He never tears up the grass and has never left a "trail behind " while wrapping up his hoses. I would recommend jaks septic to everyone 😊
