Jesse Denton was my agent in selling a parcel of water front lot in louisbourg ns this spring 2024. Sold in 3 months with good price after i listed with his company on February 2024.
Prior to that I listed with other company and it sat there not selling for over a year.
Jesse demonstrated his excellent ability in communication with seller and buyer professionally and effectively during this transaction in selling the land for me. He also go extra miles with excellent problem solving skills when challenges came. This took a great deal of burden of frustration from off my shoulder as i dont live in NS.

If you are rich they treat you great. I think the agents I dealt with didn't let owners know the offers so the owner gets more and the AGENT gets more. Corporate crooks as usual
