Single handedly the worst experience I have ever had. The town selected the lowest bid on a water main replacement on our street and awarded Adams company. My yard and brand new driveway have been completely destroyed. The job started a month late and I was left with a complete mess and no one from Macdonnell has been back to fix anything (6+ months later). There was concrete over pour and garbage left behind. Excavated holes around my driveway that are unsafe. The driveway has since cracked, has foot prints in it from when they poured and scratched. The yard was temporarily back filled with unscreened mud and remains unpassable as you sink to your knees when trying to walk over it. Still looking for answers. Wouldn't recommend hiring this company even if it was an emergency.

No contact information available otherwise I would have called and talked. Take a look at their job site on East Bayshore Road- garbage bags, debris, old (presumably disabled) truck all sitting on the side of the road FOR MONTHS!! I wish I could post pictures. Everyone understands this might get missed for a few weeks, even a month but the same overflowing garbage bag has been sitting there leaning against the portable toilet since October. There’s also a huge pile of broken concrete and asphalt there since early Fall. All alongside beautiful Georgian Bay. They are still working on a retaining wall, thus the excuse might be the job is not complete but sidewalks, new pavement, guardrails are all done. Presumably the debris and garbage could go by now.

We had a horrible experience with Adam. Which should of been a seamless enjoyable experience of building our home sadly was not. Adam agreed to dig our foundation and our septic system and then when it came time He completely ghosted us.we would of had to reapply to have someone else do it. After endless attempts still nothing. We eventually ran into him in person and again
another broken promise. We even said if he couldn’t fit us in we could look for someone else. He assured us he would do it.Lucky for us we found someone else who returned our call quickly and was very professional and eager for our business. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Adam is a spineless man who has no sense of customer service or professionalism.
