I don't think I can say enough good things about Penny. She said she could get the job done and she actually did when others couldn't.

Before going to Penny we made the mistake of working with another popular mortgage broker in the Owen Sound area. He made lots of promises and just didn't follow through at all. We ended up losing the property because of him.

After that experience we were definitely skeptical of the value a mortgage broker could actually provide. Penny 100% delivered for us. She got us the lowest rate available and the rest is history. We are very happy we went to Penny and plan to be back for our next purchase!
