After living at Regency Towers for over two years I would
like to comend this company and especially the Managment team for providing a clean, friendly, professional environment that my wife and I truly enjoy.
Having on site managment 24/7 coupled with a great atmosphere makes living
here at Regency Towers a great place to call home!

I want to tell a story of my frustration living in Regency Tower. First off the building is just fine, kept in good condition. My experience was made poor due to the property managers and the owning company. It was also during peak covid so life was challenging enough. My first signs that living in this building would be hard was when I was denied the rental what I believe was due to my age as the building is mostly sixty and up. I have a dog which a few people in the building do, but mostly cats. I got complaints regarding her barking, but the property manager’s dogs bark just as much. So not sure why my dog is different than their dog. How do you log a complaint to a property manager about a property manager's dog. I also got stopped and pulled into the office and accused of allowing my dog to poop in the hall. But I wasn’t even there that weekend so clearly not guilty. My other issue was when I felt like being ordered to report my covid status and my vaccine status. I spoke to the head office to try and get a new letter sent to residents of the building to correct the requirement to report. As I work in healthcare I am aware who is in the circle of trust for personal health information; and property managers are not within that circle! The entire time I lived there I always felt like I was doing something wrong, and that I was being watched as there was the occasional comment that made me think I was always being “observed” My friends even got commented at when they came into the building to the point that they didn’t want to visit. Also did not enjoy having to pay extra to have my air-conditioned even though I paid for the unit and I paid for the electricity so do not understand the fee each summer. Even when I ended my lease I turned over my keys but still had 3 weeks left in the unit when asked about coming back since it was still mine I was denied access to my apartment. I would not recommend this building nor would I recommend the Realstar company who owns and hired the property managers that caused me a lot of stress.

Too bad, that some dog owners in REGENCY KENNELS, RUIN IT FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BUILDING, don't enjoy dogs whining and crying different hours of the day or night. Too bad for a building
That now have good managers again after the ones we had pervious
