So, it’s time to downsize and we have to sell the house we have loved for 18 years. We must now find the right realtor. Not easy. It must be someone who is professional, strategic and knowledgeable, who understands the market, but also understands our emotional investment. It was a process but landing with Grapevine “checked all the boxes” (pun intended – we are packing after all).

We had the privilege of working closely with Ryan, Shelley and Jeff. What an incredible team! They made sure to guide us through all the difficult discussions and decisions along the way, taking our opinions and feelings into careful consideration.
