She isn’t afraid to get into all the small tiny spaces while showing you properties, and she will point out and think of things that you’ve never thought of. Agnes Buss is highly motivated, hardworking, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, has a great sense of humor and she genuinely cares about her clients. She is both an amazing person and an incredible Real Estate Agent. I honestly can’t say enough about her. I first had the pleasure of working with Agnes in 2010 when she put my townhouse up for sale and quickly sold it. Agnes made the process of selling as easy and enjoyable as possible. I found her to be very open and honest with me which I really appreciated. She would share her opinion and give advice without being over bearing. Agnes went out of her help me stage the house and would offer her advice on things I could do to help with the sale. Since my first experience with Agnes was so exceptional, I contacted her to again when I was looking to purchase a house. Finding a house in 2017 was a challenge, she took me to see many houses, put multiple offers in for me and did her best to keep my spirts up. Agnes always goes above and beyond, I remember in one house she rearranged the living room furniture just so I could get an idea of whether the space would work for me. Agnes had no problem getting her hands dirty and crawling into small spaces just to check on the integrity of a wall, to see if there was water leakage or to investigate what might be a crack in the basement wall. When we finally found the perfect house for me, Agnes went the extra mile and put the offer in for me late St. Patty’s day night (I think I still owe her a drink for that one). I ended up putting in a firm offer without an inspection, I felt so much more comfortable doing that thanks to Agnes’s vast knowledge and expertise. Agnes was there every step of the way, she made the whole process enjoyable with her ongoing support, understanding, laughter and her wonderful sense of humor. I’m looking forward to working with Agnes in the future. I can’t recommend Agnes enough, she is absolutely amazing!
