We listed our house with Wendy Cheung and we had a great outcome! We actually purchased our place with Wendy, so it made good sense to sell with her based on our previous experience. Wendy spent a considerable amount of time working with us on the sale and her knowledge of the local market was very impressive. She also provided tremendous support for staging and other activities along with providing great advice for our closing. Selling a house can be complicated and somewhat stressful but working with Wendy made the entire process manageable and a positive experience. 10/10.

I still can't believe we bought a house over Facetime!!! It was possible because of Wendy Cheung. Our family relocated to Ottawa in the summer of 2020 in the middle of a global pandemic. Ottawa's housing market was going bananas and Wendy was patient and professional as we searched for a home from 7 hours away.

We ended up in many multiple offer situtations over the course of 6 weeks and through it all Wendy never stopped working until we got the perfect home.

We appreciate her honesty, her hustle, her expertise and her patience.

When we finally did see our house in person for the first time it was exactly what we thought it was and felt totally at ease. Wendy acted as us and made the process as easy as possible.

When my mother was trying to sell her house last year, we met with several realtors to see who would be a good fit us. Wendy Cheung ended up being the standout in the end and with good reason. Not only did she sell our house; she also made sure that we landed on our feet at our new house as well.

During those few months of exhaustive search, and despite my mother and I having a disparate taste of houses, Wendy remained incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Enthusiastic but never pushy, she kept all our (many) needs in mind and always had our best interest at heart.
