If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been living here for two years and my heater has never been properly fixed. Every night there’s unbearable noise and it’s honestly like torture trying to sleep. I’ve reached out to the building manager Kelly Hillier so many times through calls texts and emails but she just ignores them. And when she finally does respond it’s always the same excuse—either it’s too cold or it’s too hot to fix it.

In December they claimed they fixed the heater but all they probably did was turn the heating system off because the temperature inside the building dropped to 8°C. This place is run so unprofessionally I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Are you going to do anything about the radiator in apartment 302 that has been making noise at night for the second year in a row? It’s impossible to stay in the apartment. The place where I’m supposed to relax has turned into a place of torture. The manager ignores our requests. P.S. It's half past four in the morning, guess why the hell I'm not sleeping.

Its been one month since i move here, and I have requested for lighting repairment since its not working from day 1.There is no response from management.
