Mike at Premium was a tremendous help in the complete renovation and remodelling of several properties in Victoria. His expertise and knowledge of both the design and construction of a complex project like these helped make them all successful. There were many design decisions that were needed to maximize the usability of the space, as we transferred many of the properties into highly desirable rental suites.

Our tenants loved the final designs. Mike's expertise about the the full project scope (design, permits, construction, market) prevented us from making costly mistakes, while also enhancing the properties in their completed state. We will continue to work with Mike, and can't recommend him enough. The projects that we completed with Mike yielded properties that were instantly rented to long term tenants.

We used Mike Shell at Premium Design to prepare the plans for our legal secondary suite. His set of plans was comprehensive - had everything we needed for the application to Saanich. I most appreciated that he was very responsive/attentive, and took on any additional research promptly to ensure our plans (and any quirks that needed to be sorted out) would meet the needs of the inspectors and would allow us to renovate properly.
