He is a general contractor, who hires subcontractors. This is dishonest and disrespectful guy, who filed bankruptcy right after loosing case in the court. His manner are far from being professional. Deceiving people and intimidating are his tools in business.
Decieving people and Opening a new company doesn't make you a good person.
Moreover to add, don't be fooled by those 5* reviews. Most of them are written by his friends/ family and coworkers.

When I called for an estimate, Jay came the next day and he sent a detailed proposal very quickly. I needed a partial kitchen demo, framing new walls and a serious ceiling repair. The men who performed these tasks paid great attention to detail, completed the work in a timely manner, were always on time and cleaned up properly. I needed to change the schedule due to other work in the house and they were able to accommodate me. They were also very pleasant to work with. I am very pleased with the results.
