Sebastiano at MPT is a delight to work with, and I strongly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for survey work.

When I approached MPT with a boundary dispute with a development firm that had bought the property next to mine, Sebastiano first gave me a huge amount of information that I could use to look into the problem myself - in other words, information that I could use to not hire him!

When the dispute turned out to be too complicated even for the information he sent, his team did an outstanding job of finding and marking my boundaries.

In the end I didn't get the answer I wanted about the boundary dispute, but Sebastiano was funny, friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I don't imagine I'll ever need another survey done, but if I do, I'll be calling MPT.

I'm a professional landscape designer and have worked with many surveying companies. I can confidently say that MPT produce the best quality surveys I've seen. Their precision, detailing level, and CAD standards are unparalleled. Although their services are not the cheapest out there, I would recommend working with MPT if you care about the quality of the survey.
