Very happy with our new 10x18 shed. Excellent experience with Homestead Structures. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, responsive with messages and questions about custom options. The time-line was faster than estimated and the product was exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend.

We chose Homestead Structures to build our 2 10' x 16' cabins. We really liked the convenience of having them built off-site. Homestead Structures are very professional, easy to communicate with, and provide good value for money spent. We like them so much that they are currently building us a 18' x 32' cottage, to be delivered soon and 2 weeks ahead of schedule! We highly recommend Homestead Structures to meet your building needs.

Shingles blew off and ridge cap within first 3 days of delivery, sidding on both sides blew off. Truses were bent , not same distances from floor to truses. Walls are .5-3/4 inches out. Even the windows are not level or plum . At least 2 dozen roofing nails exposed and shingles not lined up. The worst bent cracked 2x4 I have ever seen used for walls. Crew was sent out to fix siding and tare the first row of shingles down to drip edge since it wasn't even nailed all the way. Put the hall way wall back somewhat level but left me with a 3/4 inch gap now in my pine walls and celing. Told me nothing they can do about the exposed nails. Just tar them and hope they don't leak. I've called 6 or 7 times spoke with Dave and asked to have eldon call me but to no surprise 2 weeks later no call. This company use to be famous for their craftsmanship etc but it's gone now.

Price was fantastic, super responsive sales staff, looks great on the outside…. HOWEVER the inside is a death trap nails through the wall everywhere.

We are really happy and impressed with the cottage and garage Homestead built and delivered for us! Customer service (David and Andre) went above and beyond to make us happy! Prices are very good as well for the quality of the work! We highly recommend Homestead! We also used Keystone for the screws....good choice!
