Mitch assisted me with my Civil Requirements for a Subdivision. He is a Polite and detailed oriented person. He delivers as promised and on time. He is man of many talents as he is also a Structural engineer. I will continue to use him for my Engineering needs.

Mitch was hired by our builder to do all engineering for our new build. Things didn't work out with that builder and we parted ways. Before doing so, he required us to pay Mitch in full upfront, even though the work hadn't been done. We hired our own engineering firm to assist with our project so only needed Mitch's services for storm management. You would figure that since work wasn't done, that the right thing to do (or as Mitch would say "the halal way") is return a portion, not all, but a portion. Nope!!! To speak on his actual work, when submitting his paperwork to the township, many errors. This meant delays. Didn't know what size of pipe was required, I had to do my research and forward to him. When asking him for help, his reply is "no thanks". Don't believe me, see the attached photo showing our conversation between myself, my architect and Mitch. Would not recommend using his services.

It has been a month since this review, with only 2 previous reviews about Mitch from 2 years ago.. Magically, he has gotten a lot of positive reviews to bring up his rating. How many of these are really?

As far as I've known Dr. Mitch, I have been working with him and his company for (5) years. He is a serious engineer that I have ever seen, dedicated and hard works. I highly recommended him to do all civil/ structural projects.
